ACICIS was thrilled to welcome 1 student from the University of Queensland for the Sustainable Tourism Professional Practicum in Jakarta, Indonesia in January-February 2023. This is the first in-country iteration of the program since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020! The student received a New Colombo Plan (NCP) mobility grants from the Australian Government. During her program in Indonesia, besides studying Bahasa Indonesia at the Atma Jaya University, attending industry-led seminars and field trips, Kelly interned at Travelxism in Yogyakarta from which she had a chance to attend the ASEAN Tourism Forum 2023 in Yogyakarta.
