Access government funding to get you on your way

Thanks to the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program run by the Australian Government, there are grants available ranging between $3,000 – $10,000 for eligible students to undertake an Acicis experience.

Semester

Development Studies Immersion Program (DSIP)

Gain hands-on experience and immerse yourself in Indonesian culture with Acicis’ Development Studies Immersion Program (DSIP).

Through expert industry seminars, field trips and Indonesian language classes, you’ll get first-hand experience in a range of fields in development studies. Following this, you will undertake a hands-on professional placement to complement your learning. This extended program not only offers an exceptional study experience, but allows you to properly settle into Indonesian student life, experience local culture, and create lifelong friendships.

Short Term

Development Studies Professional Practicum

Transform your understanding of the development sector abroad with ACICIS’ Development Studies Professional Practicum (DSPP).

This short term program offers a hands-on professional placement in some of Indonesia’s leading development organisations, expert industry seminars as well as some Indonesian language and culture classes.Suited for students and early career professionals, the DSPP provides a deep understanding of the world’s third largest democracy.

If you’re looking for a way to fund your study abroad, there are a range of funding options available to students.

One of these initiatives is the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program which is funded by the Australian Government. This initiative aims to increase knowledge of the Indo-Pacific in Australia by empowering undergraduate students like yourself to study, learn, and complete placements in stunning places like Indonesia. There are grants available ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.

If you are eligible for the New Colombo Plan funding, you can use it for our science and agriculture programs. Depending on your state and university, you may be eligible for other types of funding that can also be used when you study abroad with us.
