Access government funding to get you on your way

Thanks to the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program run by the Australian Government, there are grants available ranging between $3,000 – $10,000 for eligible students to undertake an Acicis experience.

Acicis programs.

Semester

Agriculture Semester Program (ASP)

Gain hands-on experience at Bogor Agricultural University and immerse yourself in Indonesian culture with Acicis’ Agriculture Semester Program (ASP).

With classes taught in English from an Indonesian perspective, you’ll get first-hand experience in a range of fields in science and agriculture. Following classes, you can undertake a supervised professional placement with an Indonesian host company to complement your learning. This extended program not only offers an exceptional study experience, but allows you to properly settle into Indonesian student life, experience local culture, and create lifelong friendships.

Short Term

Agriculture Professional Practicum (APP)

Transform your understanding of the agriculture industry abroad with Acicis’ Agriculture Professional Practicum (APP). 

This six-week summer program offers Indonesian language classes, expert-led seminars, and hands-on learning opportunities in some of Indonesia’s leading agricultural sectors. Suited for students and career professionals, the APP provides a deep understanding of the world’s second most biodiverse country.

If you’re looking for a way to fund your study abroad, there are a range of funding options available to students.

One of these initiatives is the New Colombo Plan (NCP) Mobility Program which is funded by the Australian Government. This initiative aims to increase knowledge of the Indo-Pacific in Australia by empowering undergraduate students like yourself to study, learn, and complete placements in stunning places like Indonesia. There are grants available ranging from $3,000 to $10,000.

If you are eligible for the New Colombo Plan funding, you can use it for our programs. Depending on your state and university, you may be eligible for other types of funding that can also be used when you study abroad with us.
