The program will provide Australian students with the opportunity to gain an understanding of the social, cultural and political systems that underpin the tourism industry in Indonesia, and to consider issues relating to sustainability and resource management within the sector. The academic components of the program (language classes and a contextual seminar series on contemporary issues within Indonesia’s tourism sector) will allow students to develop their language skills and cultural awareness, which will, in turn, help students to operate more effectively during their practicum placements and in interactions with the wider Indonesian community.

Program components will be added to this page in the coming months.
