About Harapan Fian
Harapan Fian is an organisation committed to helping orang jalanan, the ‘street people’, the urban poor of Yogyakarta. These people are often left disadvantaged and vulnerable because of their circumstances and are not privy to the support of the Indonesian government.
In Yogyakarta, there are almost no avenues for the urban poor to receive help. At Harapan Fian we believe that all people are entitled to a good life in which their basic needs are fulfilled. We do this through 4 programs: attaining identity cards, advocacy for sexual and reproductive rights, providing alternative education and creating an alternative economy.
Requirements
Ee are flexible, student who has knowledge and interest in advocacy works is preferable.
Intern Duties (Example)
- Reviewing and compiling project monitoring reports;
- Research assistance and data collection;
- Assisting in the design and editing of web material and other reporting obligations;
- Media and communication strategy assistance
Work Hours
9am-5pm WIB

Casual (e.g. Polo/t-shirt, jeans, cargo shorts, sport shoes or sandals)
