About KRKP
Koalisi Rakyat untuk Kedaulatan Pangan (KRKP) is a strategic coalition formed by farm organizations, non-governmental organizations and non-governmental organization networks that are concerned with issues of agriculture, farmers and food. KRKP is intended as a medium as well as a catalyst for the movement for people’s food sovereignty. In addition, KRKP is also encouraged to be an enabler of sharing and cooperation, which is open and voluntary for various people’s organizations, networks of non-government organizations, government organizations, and other stakeholders to realize food sovereignty in Indonesia.
Requirements
Communication Skills, Visual Communication, Social Planning, Social Media Engagement, Agriculture and Food Technical Analysis, Agriculture and Food Policy Analysis, Knowledge Management skills, Statistics, Creative Content Making. Open for all academic background.
Intern Duties (Example)
- Research (food, agriculture, local communities, social)
- Writing and communications (both in the field and from the desk)
- Support in reviewing and editing KRKP publications – Event planning/ coordination assistance
Work Hours
Regular work hours are Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm). Student must have flexibility for field assignment where the work hours are not fixed.
Dress Code
Semi-formal (e.g. Business attire, collared shirts/ blouses, trousers/long skirt, long dress covering shoulders and knees, batik shirt/ blouse/ dress, closed toe shoes. No t-shirts, shorts, flip flops)
