Intern duties at BEP
Attending and observing special meetings conducted by Partners and Senior Associates (e.g. meetings regarding data privacy and telecommunications)
Engaging with Indonesia’s Online Single Submission licencing procedure
Reading through past legal due diligence reports
Translating and revising merger contracts and the accompanying employee handbook
Conducting, attending, and observing daily discussion seminars on Indonesia legal practice
Conducting regulatory research on client’s issues, translating, reviewing and sometimes preparing draft/documents, assisting associate to conduct legal due diligence and retyping.
