Winny Faramuli (Winny) joined ACICIS in October 2015 as a Bandung Program Assistant. In January 2018 Winny moved from Bandung to Bogor to oversee the Agriculture Semester Program, and to assist with the development of the new Agriculture Professional Practicum. Winny has always had a special interest in social issues. She studied Family and Consumer Sciences at the Faculty of Human Ecology of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). After completing her bachelor’s degree in 2014, Winny took an internship with the National Team for The Acceleration of Poverty Reduction (TNP2K). During her time at TNP2K, Winny had an opportunity to present her research on marginal settlement at the International Community, Work, and Family Conference in Malmö, Sweden 2015. Winny is very passionate about being involved in a broader international organisation, which motivated her to join ACICIS. Winny enjoys stargazing, photography as well as volunteering at a children and family center.
