Helmi Wattimury
Program Coordinator
Helmi Wattimury (Helmi) is the ACICIS Program Coordinator. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta.
No stranger to ACICIS, Helmi was previously an intern at the ACICIS Yogyakarta Office in 2013 and volunteered as a Student Liaison Officer in 2013, 2014, and 2015 for ACICIS’ Yogyakarta programs. In 2018, he received a scholarship to attend Valencia College in Florida, USA to learn business management and administration, and to share the Indonesian culture with the locals there. Helmi has also been involved in several community service projects on youth empowerment and HIV/AIDS awareness delivered by local NGOs in his hometown, Sorong, West Papua. In his spare time, Helmi enjoys volunteering, going to the beach, and singing.
