Following the success of our 2025 challenge, we’re thrilled to launch the fourth edition of the Bahasa Sesh Challenge! This is your invitation to be part of us: a growing community of students, alumni, and language lovers who are keeping Bahasa Indonesia alive, one word at a time.

Share your favourite word or phrase in Bahasa Indonesia, tell us why it matters to you, and post it for others to see. You don’t have to be fluent to join; you just have to care enough to say one word out loud.

WHY JOIN?

Every video you post is a small, easy way to bring Bahasa Indonesia into your circles — no lecture required. Your friends, your followers, your family group chat: most of them will never sit in an Indonesian class, but they’ll watch a 30-second video from someone they know. That’s how a language spreads, indirectly, one shared moment at a time.

And of course, there’s the fun part too:
participating in this challenge gives you the chance to win a free Acicis Indonesian Language Short Course session in Salatiga, Central Java, plus additional vouchers – prizes valued at over AUD 3,000!
