Applications for the January 2019 intake of ACICIS Study Indonesia‘s semester programs have now been processed and participants finalised. We thought you might be interested in the composition of the upcoming cohort of ACICIS semester program students.

We are happy to announce that there will be 39 students studying in Indonesia on ACICIS semester programs commencing in January 2019 (Semester 48). 37 new students will be joining 2 continuing students from Semester 47 (August 2018 intake).

Of the 39 students undertaking study in Indonesia through ACICIS in the first half of 2019, 24 are doing so with the assistance of New Colombo Plan Mobility Grants, and a further nine are doing so with the support of New Colombo Plan Scholarships.
 
ACICIS will have three semester programs running in Yogyakarta next semester, namely the Flexible Language Immersion Program and Development Studies Immersion Program at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) running alongside the Indonesian Business, Law and Society Program at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII). ACICIS will also have two programs running in Bandung, West Java next semester: the International Relations Program and West Java Field Study Program at Parahyangan University (UNPAR). Additionally, ACICIS will also be running the Agriculture Semester Program at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) in Bogor, West Java.

The application deadlines for ACICIS semester programs commencing in second semester (August) 2019 are fast approaching. The application deadline for second semester programs hosted at Gadjah Mada University is 15 March 2019, while the application deadline for all other second semester ACICIS programs is 15 April 2019. ACICIS would appreciate it if you could continue to encourage students to consider incorporating a semester in Indonesia into their course of study at your university.
